Natalia Shishkin is an employment law associate. Prior to joining Resnick & Nirenberg, she worked for Legal Services of New Jersey, where she focused on the labor and employment law rights of underprivileged clients. As a member of the Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic, Ms. Shishkin represented employees in mediation of their employment discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
