Founded in 1998, Rabner Baumgart Ben-Asher & Nirenberg, P.C. is a New Jersey employment law firm that handles a wide range of workplace-related legal claims. For example, we represent individuals who have claims involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, family and medical leaves, employment contracts, wage and hour disputes, commission disputes, and other similar issues.
For our first 35 years, we were located in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, which is in Essex County. In early 2023, we relocated to our current more modern office in Montvale, which is in Bergen County. We continue to represent clients throughout the state of New Jersey, as well as ones who work in New York City, and Westchester and Rockland County, New York.
At Rabner Baumgart Ben-Asher & Nirenberg, we represent all levels of workers in employment law matters in New Jersey and New York. We help our clients address concerns at various junctures, including before they have been hired, when they have disputes or concerns at their current job, while they are preparing to leave a position, and after they have been wrongfully terminated or otherwise left their job.
