Eugenie F. Temmler is of Counsel of the firm. Her areas of practice include litigation, including employment litigation, and apeallate work. Ms. Temmler joined the firm immediately after graduation from law school and later spent many years in a boutique firm prior to re-joining the firm.
Ms. Temmler is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court (District of New Jersey) and the United States Courts of Appeals (Second and Third Circuits). She is a member of the Essex County Bar Association . She also devotes pro bono time to Partners for Women and Justice and Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.
Ms. Temmler earned both her B.A. (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Rutgers University.
